Nose picker

My 18 month old has learned to pick her nose. We we're road tripping and I checked in on her and she had a bloody finger so I'm freaking out then she shoves the finger in her nose and I noticed she had a very light bloody nose. One time I checked on her and noticed she was playing with something on her finger so I'm like " whatcha got? can Mommy have?" so she gives it to me and I'm expecting it to be a small piece of paper but nope... this girl hands me a burger 😒

Anyone know a good way to go about it? Should I just ignore it? pull her finger away? tell her it's nasty?
