Blessed

25 days to go until my c section and i realize I’m blessed to have so many understanding friends and family. (After reading posts from other people in here) I posted on Facebook my wishes and plans regarding my baby’s arrival. I said first day is only family, no official announcement will go out of my c section or of baby’s arrival. If I send a pic it will be privately and no congratulatory messages are to be left on my Facebook or pics posted. I want to bond and adjust after a very hard and scary pregnancy. And surprisingly EVERYONE was super supportive and agreed. No one acted selfish or entitled. I know everyone has been waiting to see her but I carried her and found like hell for her and my safety that I should be the first to announce when I’m ready. I wish everyone had supportive and understanding family and friends like that.

Good luck to all the moms that are yet to deliver and congratulations to the ones who already welcomed baby.
