Please help? Can stress cause miscarriage?

I’m 7 weeks pregnant- I haven’t told ANYONE.

Recently my in laws have been severely causing me trouble (because they are accusing me of helping another family member in a DV situation by involving the police- as though that’s a bad thing 🤦🏾‍♀️)

They are harassing me and my husband can’t even make them stop... and now today I noticed blood when I wiped

I’m so scared!!!

I only recently went through a miscarriage and I don’t want to lose another baby

Please help??? How can I calm down???
