Yes, that happened to me and I did not get pregnant. 
However, I took Plan B less than 12 hours after it happened. We typically double up on protection, with me taking the pill, and him using a condom. This occurred when I was off the pill for medical reasons and we were just sticking to using condoms. Neither of us felt it break and didn’t notice it until it was too late and we had finished. It was late at night and nowhere near us was open, so we cleaned up and got up early to go to the nearest pharmacy. Plan B is most effective within the first 12-24 hours, but is still effective up to 72 hours after the occurrence. 
My period came 6 days later than the projected start date, which is normal after taking Plan B. I also felt pretty out of whack for a few days, which is also normal. 
If you’re within that 72-hour time period, take Plan B.
