So, I was on the shot when I was like 14-15 and quit going and getting it . No reason just never went to the appointment. Im now fixing to be 20 and decided to go back on the shot. The first time I didnt have my period, that was the only side affect I had. I was wondering how many girls my age gained weight on it , or had any other side affects ?

I just started it about 20 days ago and I’ve actually lost 20 pounds. I have endometriosis so this was more of a solution to that. I no longer have bad pains or fatigue so I’m able to get out and moving. I think it just depends on the person honestly.

Gained almost 25 pounds while on the shot came off it because whenever it was time to get the next shot my period would come and unless i took the shot my period wouldn’t stopped when I first decided to stop taking the shot my period lasted almost three months straight once I took the shot it stopped completely until the next shot was due. my last shot was in December haven’t taken it since cycle is going back to normal
