Pregnancy and birth control.
Don’t know if anyone can help me with this or not. I know that ovulation typically happens a week or so prior to your period. I’ve been on the pill for a year when my prescription ran out and while waiting on it to get approved again I was off of it for a week. For that week and the first week back on the birth control my husband and I used condoms as we aren’t looking to have kids yet. However after those two weeks were over and we went back to just relying on the birth control I had several days of cramping and finally extreme cramping on one side that even hurt to put any outside pressure on. That was not quite a week before I got a period. The period has had painful cramps and nausea along with food aversion. Is it possible that the adjustments of the birth control has caused me to ovulate closer to my period than normal and that I could be pregnant? It’s too early at this point for a test, I’m trying to wait until the end of the week but any input would be helpful.
