Just found a piece of the condom inside of me?

It was just a small circle leftover from the condom and my period ended last week Thursday,  will I be okay? I’m not on birth control.

Hello. Don’t panic. If you just (or quite recently) had sex then go and see a pharmacist or go to a doctor/family planning clinic who will give you the morning after pill. A similar thing happened to me once and I just popped down to my local pharmacist and they explained it to me and gave me it and it was fine. 
As you period was a week ago there’s a real possibility that this could cause a pregnancy if you decide to not take the pill as you could be close to ovulation and sperm can live several days. 
Depending on the circumstances and it’s a less pressing issue but it’s probably a good idea to have a sexual health check as well at some stage soon if you and your partner haven’t already had one before resuming sexual activity. 
Don’t worry about it but do go speak to a health professional for some advice on the options :)x

You could get pregnant but as someone who's trying it's actually kind of hard so the odds are in your favor. STIs are something you might want to discuss with him/your doctor tho :/
