Spotting after plan b 12 days later?

Took plan b june 21 11 hours after he pulled out. Week previous to that I had a withdrawal bleed from BC but I stopped taking it then. I had my withdrawal bleed 12-16. Of june.

It’s now 12 days later and this is what I saw. It’s since stopped. I took a pregnancy tedt this morning and it’s negative. I saw all the cum on his hands so I know nothing got in me. I took plan b anyways because I was paranoid. I also lost one tube and ovary in November.

Is this normal ?
