What would you do?

If you had a nanny for 2 years who helped raise your baby since he was 6 weeks old. 5 days a week 11 hours a day. And she quits (with a month notice) to go to a better paying job that helps with her schooling. Would you still let her visit the kids or babysit? Or would you be mad at her leaving and not want her around the kids? I’m the nanny in this situation and I’m giving my notice on Friday and I’m so nervous. I want to still see the kids cause we’ve gotten so close over these years but I’m afraid the parents might be annoyed that I’m leaving. What would you do if you were the parents in this situation?
