Tampons are easy to use. I’ve only just started using them because I was afraid to use them before. Now I’m just, why the fuck haven’t I done this before!

I suggest for first time get the smallest tampons you can find and still go. or if you're feeling brave bring some tampons or pads with you. go to the bathroom when you get there take it out/off and get in the pool asap. and then when you get out of the pool run to the bathroom and reapply. nobody will see anything as long as you're in the pool.

It all depends if your period is light or heavy that day because when I swim I don’t wear anything because I’m usually light and also when you are in water it stop the flowing don’t don’t worry about anything.And DONT let your period stop you from not having fun
