Is this rape?

I don't use that word lightly so I don't know if this is even close to rape. I have been having sex with this guy I used to date a while back. We are basically friends with benefits. Early this morning before work I went over and we started kissing and then he got aggressive and took my pants off and put it in me without a condom. I told him to stop because I wanted him to use a condom and he held me down and wouldn't stop. Luckily he let me go and said he was going to cum in me so I pushed him off as he was cumming and he came all over my shirt. I was pissed and still am. I don't want any chance of getting pregnant. So what are your opinions? 😕
