Unusual bump

So i have a large pin head sized lump near my vaginal opening on the lips, I'm not posting a photo. I noticed it in the shower and tried to squeeze it, it hurt, so i turned the water a bit warmer to open the pores a bit, i squeezed it again and it popped like a pimple, after the shower i looked at it again with a torch, it looks like a blister of some sort eith a hrd center. I am sexually active and i always use a condom, both myself and my partner have been tested for any diseases (1 week ago) and we are both clear. Should i be concerned about it or is it just an ingrown hair?
