cervix position and period?? help!

so i thought on your period your cervix is low firm and open?

im on my 2nd day of my period(which was 2 days late i think, but i also dont know my cycle because its just starting to come back.) and my cervix is very high kinda firm like the tip of a nose and just slightlyyy open.

and im having a TON of ewcm/very stretchy cm mixed in with it. i know its my period because its been med.to heavy ish flow and cramps.

soo just curious if this happened to anyone else? I've googled everywhere and everything I've read just says my cervix should be low and open..

so hoping i can get some answers here from you lovley ladies!

anyone else gone through this? whats the reason for it? is it normal or?
