Spotting for over a week now!!

As of today I’m 4 weeks 6 days pregnant. Last Tuesday I started spotting a verrrrry light pink. And it never went away. Friday I woke up to bright red blood. Then it went back to light pink and that was the last time I had bright red blood. I saw my OB Friday and she basically only could confirm my pregnancy by US and measure telling me I was 4 weeks. But the light pink spotting hasn’t gone away. It is intermittent. And yesterday I had bright pink (not red at all) just a brighter shade of pink then it had been. Ugh!!! What is going on!! Has anyone experienced this?? I’ve heard of others spotting but for over a week?? Why won’t it just stop already. It literally isn’t even enough to wear a liner! It’s just really annoying seeing it there every time I use the restroom. Oh and ps we haven’t been intimate since this started!
