Freeze dried camping food?
Does anyone have thoughts on how safe/ good for you freeze dried camping foods are for you when you are pregnant? I’ll be about 10 weeks and we are back country camping in Algonquin. To eliminate the weight I carry on my back, we wanted to bring freeze dried food. Any thoughts?
