Herpes? Or Heat blister thing?

So I know I’ve had vaginal boils and I get them from time to time. Two days ago my bf and I went on this 20 mile bike ride and I was sweating my ass off the entire way. There was a lot of friction and a lot of sweating. I now have a somewhat open singular red blister kind of between my lower vagina lip and my butt cheek and thigh. It’s not in tiny clumps like herpes, I’ve never been in contact with herpes (bf is clean, I’m clean) so to put my fear to rest I stupidly looked on google and my fear became worse. So I’m not quite sure if this could be herpes or not. I’m doubting it is but I just want to see what other people have to say!
