21 weeks and reaction on my hand?

So I was washing a table at my house today with bleach ( I was outside ) I have never used bleach before so I didn’t use gloves and I’m having a very bad reaction on three of my fingers but I also noticed I had a spider bite ( the table I was washing was an outside patio table also don’t know the spider type ) so I’m not sure whether I’m having a reaction to the bleach on only three of my fingers ( not on my other hand or my two other fingers ) or maybe a spider bite is messing with my hand? Should I get checked out to be safe???
