I’d say it depends on how well you know the third party and if it’s a male or female.  Will feelings be involved?   That’s an absolute game changer.  If you need to establish a contract ahead of time to protect everyone you may want to consider that as you have you and your fiancé to consider.  Set established limits beforehand and meet with the third party a few times to interview if you’ve not already done so.  Sex is a huge responsibility and a game changer.  You may even want to demand STD testing.  I personally wouldn’t recommend picking someone up from a bar to do this but approach this situation with the respect and caution it deserves.  You’re bringing someone into your marriage bed and you can’t take that back.  Have a heartfelt talk about what you’re okay with and what your limits are. The rules should have been established before you set it up. That being said, they're really up to you. For me and my SO, the rules are: He doesn't get to have PIV intercourse with another woman and no man gets to out his in me that way, either. We have safe words, of course, and everything else is pretty much a go. If you have a drink, that's good, but don't drink a lot. You want your wits about you. And then, just enjoy all the sensations the experience brings you.
