What could this be?

I’ve never had a yeast infection or bv before so I don’t really know what to expect even though I know what the signs are. So I had sex with a guy I’ve been talking to for ages in February, of course I trusted him seeing as I’ve known him for a few years and we didn’t use a condom. Right after I started having a strong scent down there and also got some yellowish/greenish discharge and after telling him that he confessed that he lied to me and that he did have sex with some girl a few months before and he didn’t get tested afterwards. Obviously I freaked out and went to get tested, he also got tested but I couldn’t trust him anymore. Our results came back negative, I made him show me his results because I thought mine wouldn’t come up positive if I had something seeing as I got tested around 3-4 weeks after having sex with him. Well anyway, after that my discharge went back to its normal colour but still had a strong smell of bleach. I didn’t know what to do and I thought I was still paranoid from the STI scare. Well after a while my discharge went back to normal completely, but now it has a strong scent again, but the colour is normal. I don’t know how to describe it, it doesn’t smell right away. It starts smelling after it’s been sitting on my underwear for a few hours but if I spread my legs I can smell it through my pants. I also sweat a lot between my thighs in the summer, I get home with literally drenched underwear so I always get a scent that I can smell through my pants but this not my normal smell. It’s weird and strong and it’s so embarrassing but I don’t know what it could be. I’m not itchy or anything, it’s just a weird smell. The colour looks normal as well. Any ideas, ladies?
