Plan b?

I’m 4 weeks postpartum, haven’t had sex with my husband since I was 5 months pregnant cause it was uncomfortable,painful, and I just couldn’t enjoy it at all and we just had sex last night and apparently my husbands pull out game is weak as hell lol I had a natural labor, no complications,no tears and all bleeding has stopped. My midwife wouldn’t give me a prescription for birth control till my 6 week visit( which is why I have two kids under two) would it be safe for me to take the morning after pill?
