Breastfed baby can’t pass gas!

My breastfed 3 month old has had a hard time passing gas and pooping for over a week now. We went to the emergency room about it last week and they said it was normal. A week later, we are in the same situation. Hard stomach, fussy, grunting. When I insert a thermometer, she poops a little and it is like water. THEN a few hours later we deal with the same thing! Anyone else? Suggestions?

She is also currently trying to refuse the boob. She wants bottles and I cannot pump enough to feed her strictly bottles. She wiggles and whines while nursing and is not satisfied afer feedings. That’s when we give her a bottle to make sure she is getting enough and does not become dehydrated.
