Husband dropped bottle on babies nose

My husband dropped a bottle on our 7 months nose and she had a little nose bleed. It wasn’t pouring or dripping just looked like blood tinged snot that I wiped away. She’s been congested from a virus lately so that’s basically what it was.

She’s sitting up, eating, playing, being vocal and crawling around. Should I take her in or do you guys think she’ll be alright? I may be over reacting..

*shes already been seen, that’s how I know she has the virus..I was asking for the blood coming from the nose after the hit to the nose.
