I’m in love with my friends brother

Sooooo I’m in love with my “friends” brother. I said friend because I could figure out how to say I babysit her and her other two sister. Their brother is 18 and I’m 19. So anyway I’m really crushing on him and have been for 7 years! Literally. I had a boyfriend for two years (2016-2018) now single again I’m crushing on him again but he really doesn’t notice me and if he does it’s just to call me annoying...... ughhh so what do I do?
