Mums with 2 under 2 advice please?

Question

So I would like my kids to be close in age, my baby girl is almost 3 weeks old and my SO and I would like another one soon. Once we get the clear for sex again that's when we will ttc because both pregnancies it took us just over a year to conceive (first was a miscarriage). 
I know having 2 under 2 would be a handful but I know there's no perfect time except now. I'm 19 and my partner is almost 20. 
How do you Mumma's cope with 2 under 2, is there any advice thanks?

Mine are 16 months apart. Our first was 8 months when I got pregnant. He was still super easy at that point. By the time the second was here our first was a handful. It was HARD. You need to have ultimate amounts of patience and the ability to shrug things off. Things will get tense at your house. It’s easy to take care of 1. You can take a nap when they do. Now think about the newborn up and down every few hours but add a toddler in the mix. You can’t just take a nap when the baby is sleeping because the toddler is awake. I really don’t recommend it to anyone. We only did it this way because we are in our mid 30s and can’t have 4 or 5 years between them. Also just because it took a year before doesn’t mean it will again. That’s what we thought too and I got pregnant the first month trying for the second one. We were expecting about a 2 year age gap and that was not what we got. If it’s really what you want then go for it but you have to have to be able to stick to schedules and routines. If you don’t you will have a very hard time.

There is about a 2 year age gap between each of my kids, and I just go with the flow, it's the best way to manage and enjoy life, lol! my oldest will be 8 September 8th, my second she will be 6 on August 29th, my third he is 4, my fourth turned 2 on June 1st, and my fifth is 16 weeks in the utero and she will be here November/December I'm due 12/23 but I never make it anywhere close to my due date. There is no right or wrong way to be a mom, everyone just does the best they can, all that matters to me is my kids know how loved they are, and that they look back and think of me a super mom, that's all I aim for!!

I have twins so its not all the same situation, but I would wait . The first 3 months are super easy , then it gets hard . Enjoy the first year with your baby , you guys are young ! :)

Also: please look up why health wise it is best to wait one year.  #2 will arrive when my first is 20 months.  It’s ALREADY hard because keeping up with a ‘toddler’ while pregnant is no easy feat.  I have no misconceptions that two this close will be tough...
 
I have PCOS and it took 7 years and an IUI to conceive my first.  I exclusively pumped  for my son, and never had a period... still conceived when he was 10 months without trying ANYTHING.  So please note you will be SUPER FERTILE right now.

i have a 1 year old and a three week old. i got pregnant with my son while i was on birth control. while we werent trying to have children so close together i love it. my daughter was SUPER jealous at first especially being a mommys girl but she adores her brother now. always giving him kisses and trying to touch him. its the sweetest thing ever. i would say my biggest advice is sleep train your first and get them on a schedule by the time your second arrives and make sure its what you really want. while i love having my kids so close together it is not easy at all. also make sure your youngest is comfortable with sad and not always just wanting you so when your new baby arrives they arnt super jealous. i had to listen to my 1 yr old scream in the night for me because i always comforted her in the middle of the night and i had to tend to my son while he was born. my husband tried to comfort her but had to take her to the living room so she wouldnt see me. it worked though and took about a week. and i am only 21 and my husband is 24 so we are young as well.

Please don't do this to you're body on purpose. You can still achieve 2 under 2 without getting pregnant so close together. Wait until your first is at least a year. 
It took us 18 months of TTC to have our first. After that I ended up pregnant 5 months PP ON birth control. 
I've had an absolutely terrible pregnancy. Trying to raise my daughter while being this uncomfortable and miserable is not something I'd wish on anyone. 
I'll advise anyone that will listen to wait. At least a year. Your body NEEDS time to recover. My belly baby has been in constant "danger" because my body didn't heal. I've gone into preterm labor 7 times now. I'm only 34 weeks. Wait momma ❤️

I’m preg with baby no 6 I have 17 month gap between 2nd &3rd boy and girl I give birth to my youngest daughter last year and midwife knew I wanted them close after 2 natural and 3 c sections failed vbac and prem baby they gave me all clear at 3 month to start ttc 3 weeks clear to have sex again it took us 25 mo th to get our daughter last year and went to first fertility app then found out we conceived naturally so we were not expecting any thing straight away boom when she was 12 weeks old we got preg she is 1 on 11th Aug and I’m due 11th Sep another girl can’t wait our girl growing up so close in age go for it life to short I had my first at 18

My sons are 20 months apart. My oldest is turning 2 in two weeks. While your newborn may seem like a breeze right now there’s no way to know how they will be in a month or two. My biggest advice is sleep train your baby (suggest at 5-6 months) and stick to their routine and sleep schedule. Also have your partner spend time alone with your first feeding and bathing them and letting them comfort them. It took us 14 months to get pregnant with our first. I got pregnant by surprise with our second right before our first turned 1. The second pregnancy was filled with complications and I was restricted on what I could do. Hard isn’t even the word. After my second was born I couldn’t physically pick up my toddler for 6 weeks so I had my mil help me put him down for his nap and my husband does bedtime and bath with him while I put the baby down. My suggestion is to wait a little while, while you get to know your baby and your partner as a father. Enjoy being a mom for the first time because it is such a special time you’ll never get back.
