Would you change your dogs name?

When Chip and Joanna Gaines announced they named their son Crew, my husband and I fell in LOVE with that name! It's the first name we've agreed on whole heartedly. Problem is... our 1.5 year old dog is named Brew. Crew and Brew?? Can we change our dogs name?

depends. how long have you had the dog? dogs know their names, unlike cats lol they respond to them. if he knows his name already, I wouldn't confuse him. but if not, then sure lol

It doesn’t really matter if the rhyme do they? Chances are very high your child will outlive the dog by a long time. Depending on the dogs age your son may not even remember the dog. I don’t think it matters.

I had a dog, poor dear, who went through 5 name changes in the course of 2 years. she didn't seem to have an issue with the lack of certainty on our part and rolled with each new name, lol          So, yea, you can totes change his name, but also, I think Brew and Crew is adorable!!!(=
