help. 16 and pregnant.

I'm 16 and 16 weeks pregnant. I want to apply for Medicaid and WIC but I'm getting married in a few weeks so I'm unsure if I should wait to apply or just go apply now. I haven't been to the doctor yet but I have seen the baby at a pregnancy place.
