ADVICE NEEDED!

So i went into preterm labor at 22w6d due to my SO giving me Chlamydia, after we arrived at the hospital i was 2cm and put on medication to stop contractions and labor, and to cure the STD. After being there for about 2 days, i went to 5cm and stopped dilating. Here i am, still hospitalized and still 5cm, 50% effaced and 27w1d pregnant with my twins. I just had my vitals taken and my temp was 100.0, and blood pressure was 95/57. i asked the nurse since my temp was a little high, would i go into an emergency c section. She said when i hit 100.4, that's when they start to worry. I guess my question is, would i go into early labor because of this..?
