Sharp pain in vagina?

Hi! I’m currently 7 weeks and experiencing sharp pain in my vagina. It’s definitely not cramping as it’s a totally different pain and area. It feels like it’s shooting up. It only lasts a few seconds but it’s pretty sharp and happens multiple times. I had this pain when I had my chemical pregnancy between 4-5 weeks in May and now here I am at 7 weeks 3 days feeling the same pain. I went to my infertility doctor for an ultrasound last Thursday and everything was just perfect. Heartbeat and size was great.

But now here I am with this pain. I’m wondering if any of you have experienced this pain and if so, what was the outcome? I sent my doctor a message today and I’ll hear a response tomorrow but for now I’m just quietly freaking out.
