What should i do ?!:(

Okay :) I’ve been “seeing” this guy for about two weeks and we have messed around with each other (if you know what I mean ) ;) and I’m so scared if he just thinks of me like that ? I really want a relationship with him ! I want to ask him but I don’t know how !! Pleas help me ! Should I ask him if he wants to be in a relationship or not ! I’m really scared to ask him because I don’t want to lose him !! :(
