Anyone else have a fear of driving?

If you did, how’d you get over it. I’m 23 years old and too old to still be scared. 🙄 Maybe if I practiced more I’ll get over it. And I’m trying to get my license this year.

The only way to get over the fear is to just do it. You get better/ more comfortable with experience.

I didn’t get my license before I was 24(1month before I was 25) I just had to do it, drive on small roads far from people, slow and steady over to bigger roads and more people/traffic, and out of nowhere I felt comfortable enough to start taking driving lessons with an instructor. 
here we can start practicing with parents when 16, and you have to take several different tests with a driving instructor, you have to pass them all even a special snow and ice driving course, and a written exam. And you can at the earliest get your license at 18, if you pass the final drivers test.

I was scared to drive on the highway/through tunnels after an awful car accident. The only thing that helps is driving. My husband would drive with me and talk to me when I was scared. I also took beta blockers for my first few drives on the highway to get rid of trembling when I hold the wheel. I can now drive normally on the highway but am still scared when it goes really fast sometimes. 
Get a good teacher who drives with you and practice in increments until you have enough practice;)

i was so scared that I out of getting my license til I was 23 lol. I've only had them 6 years and I still barely drive as it is.
