Should I send this?

We haven’t spoken in almost 2 weeks. We have 2 children together - almost 3 year old boy & a 1 year old girl. Began dating 4 years ago. He claims that I don’t care about my children, I put everything before them, I only care about myself, etc. He has physically abused me (in front & not in front of the kids) and mentally/emotionally abused me. I am trash, a bitch, ugly, won’t ever amount to anything in life, you name it. The last time we spoke, he told me to die & he meant that in every literal sense you could think of. I’m trash & I’ll never be anything but trash & fuck me. No text or call to see how his kids are doing which isn’t a surprise. When we break up, I hear from him wanting to get our son.. not both kids, just our son but he always bails because “I piss him off”. So I have had no contact with him bc I’m just done. I just got into nursing school.. it’s going to be really tough as a single mother but I’m dedicated. Anyway besides the point, I randomly just checked my email & got this. [The article is about how a 5yo passed from a brain tumor]. THERE ARE TWO EMAILS.

SECOND EMAIL

I want to not reply, but the other part of me wants to write back with this:

Please do not write me unless it’s to check up on our kids or to spend time with them. I have no use for you anymore nor do I care about arguing with you. Thanks.

Also to add - I have no social media or no friends. He made me delete them 4 years ago when we first started talking bc I “spent too much time on them”.. which was fine. But now, it’s all a guilt trip.

Another thing - I’ve been a SAHM for 2 years & have never relied on his money (he makes 80k). Luckily, I have school money left over to last me through the year. He missed his daughters first birthday party (June 21) because he didn’t want to attend something that would be “half-ass” (all bc I didn’t get a fucking bounce house) and I didn’t ASK him for money.

Should I send it or just not reply?!
