tips on dealing with migraines?

anyone have tips on how to deal with migraines while preggo?

I asked my OBGYN yesterday, and he suggested excedrine migraine. It’s Tylenol with caffeine. I tried it yesterday and it helped!

Ice on your head, cold shower, wet rag, Tylenol, water or Gatorade, nap, dark room, wait it out. If that doesn’t work eat a bunch of food and have a coke, that usually does the trick or at least helps for me. Sorry it sucks I know!

i had one last pregnancy lasted 3 days :/ finally went to the womans hopital they gave me demerol it went away in seconds. 😍 safe while pregnant. my babies are healthy 1 year olds now. i had gone to other hospital who just gave me an iv and sent me home. finally went to the womens and childrens hospital where they do baby deliveries they know what to do w pregnant women

I’ve had two migraines since being pregnant (usually only maybe get one per year) and I took Aleve. I know you’re not supposed to but that’s all that worked for me. Tylenol does nothing for a migraine. My doctor said taking it once for a migraine is just fine as long as it’s not happening daily.

I've read magnesium is a natural preventative so I'm trying that now but it's only been 2 days and will take some time to build up. my ob also suggested caffeine, lavendar essential oil and chiropractic treatment because the typical "tylenol and water" crap does NOTHING to help at all. we'll see lol but I'm with you, it sucks

Water, and Tylenol is okay! 
I also try to put my chin to my chest for a little because that relieves some pressure.. other than that, I just wait for them to go away :(
