update: so he called me,today and said he's in rehab and he's getting better. I told him that thats good but he still can't see her until I get an okay from a judge, or I can see hes well enough. He popped the fuck off. "How dare you forbid me to see my child?! You whore. Why did I ever have sex,with your fat ass?! "Youre ugly and stupid." Verbally abusing me to get me to say "yes". He got madder when I said,"im sorry that you,feel that way. Im sorry that you are sad about this." and then after I hung up on him, I got his sister screaming at me over the phone that I'm lucky that Joey would pay attention to a whore like me and that its my fault she can't see the baby. (She never even tried).
