My period is scaring me

Just to start off I am on the pill so that’s mostly why I’m so worried. My period ended a little over a week ago but the past two days I’ve been randomly bleeding. Not spotting but full bleeding for about an hour or so and then it’s gone away.

I of course looked online which probably made me even more scared about what could be happening. A lot of articles mentioned implantation bleeding since I’ve been on the pill for longer than 3 months.

I am sexually active, should I take a test and/or call my obgyn?
