So sorry for the picture

Started my period this morning, only had my tampon in for two hours and when I took it out it was full and with what looked like thick skin on it 🤢 even when it was out and I wiped more skin came out..... is this normal never had anything like this before, no chance I could be pregnant and no worse pains than normal
