Anterior Placenta Previa

Have any moms been diagnosed with placenta previa and an anterior placenta? I had a feeling I had an anterior placenta just because movements were so hard to feel from the outside, but are extremely strong from the inside. I’m 22 weeks on Friday and I had my 20 week ultrasound today and do in fact have an anterior placenta and also placenta previa. I know with baby growing the placenta tends to travel up.. But I’m curious about moms who have been diagnosed whose placenta didn’t move. I am already having a c-section, but I’ve heard some horror stories about my situation, so please fill me in with your experiences! TIA ❤️
