Go behind his back?

I’ve always been so self conscious about my nose! My husband think I’m crazy, but I used to be called squid ward in middle school.. should I get a nose job with out telling him? Obvi he see me right after but I have money saved up to pay for it.. I’ve mentioned it before but he said I shouldn’t do it.....

honestly I would be upfront with him even if he doesn't think you need it.

Its your body. If YOU feel insecure about it and it’s something that will make you happy then you should go for it. I wouldn’t hide it from him though.. just straight up tell him that this is what you want and you’re doing it. 
He obviously loves you for you.. regardless of what you  hate or feel insecure about so hopefully he’ll be happy with whatever you decide. 🙂

I would do It. Im considering the same.
However, tell him first! A simple, “I know you don’t approve but I’ve thought this out, I’m happy with my decision, and I’m going through with it.”

Its your body! If thats a huge insecurity of yours then change it, if that's what you feel will make you feel better!
