Nap schedule
When do you put your baby down for a nap? And how long does your baby nap for? My LO doesn’t really like naps. She takes “power naps” all throughout the day, not really any specific time, and she’ll only sleep for 15-30 mins at a time. That being said, she does sleep through the night from 9 pm - 7 am, so I’m not complaining at all. Just wondering if anyone else’s baby does this?
