Why can’t my 9 month old eat anything?

He chokes on everything I give him. He can’t tolerate apple sauce, baby cereal, baby crunchers (the resemble Cheeto puffs), not anything else I give him. And he doesn’t like the little things of veggies/fruit. B this time with my 2 year old, he was eating regular food lol. Could there be something wrong with my son? He has the thing where his tongue is attached up further. They said I can cut it but I chose not to. They said only thing it’d probably bother was his feeding but I thought that was only when he was a newborn...
