Pain and leaking 😩🤰🏼

I'm 36w3d and for the past 3 days I've had horrible back pain and migraines and my hips give out from under me because of pain.

Baby is moving fine.

Laying in bed now with bad back and right side pain.

Also my boobs have randomly decided to completely soak my bras tonight.

I can't take much more back pain before I'll be in tears.

I don't think it could be gas or anything because I'm at the point in pregnancy where I'm like eh everyone does it out one end or the other 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Any one else experiencing this?
