Do I test again?

I’m 6 weeks today, have been vomiting this morning and have really sore boobs, a really bad headache and no spotting since i tested positive at 4w 2days. I did a hpt at 4w 2days and 4w 3days which came back really strong positives. Have had light cramping but nothing sharp and no bleeding or spotting, but feeling anxious after I miscarried at 4w 6days first time around. Do I test again to put my mind at ease? Midwife appointment 24th July. Or do I wait and trust that all is running smoothly? Scared to test in case the line is fainter than before but worried I will get to the midwife on 24th and there be no baby!😩😢 What do I do?
