Someone help me!!!

I am 34 weeks 4 days pregnant and this pregnancy is really hard. I have felt pressure in my hips and lower back since 30 weeks pregnant but the other day I was jolted out my sleep from more extreme pressure in my pelvis. It hurts to walk now. (TMI) my minor hemorrhoids swelled up. I have been uncontrollably vomiting and feeling what I think are contractions that won't go away. This has been going on for 3 days. I don't know if this is a sign of preterm labor or I just need to deal with it until my baby boy comes. Is anyone else experiencing this? HELP!!
