Porn in marriage

Porn has always been a problem in my marriage. Recently my husband agreed that it doesn’t belong in our marriage and said he wouldn’t watch it. Last night i saw on his phone that he was watching again. It really really broke my heart because it has done a lot of emotional damage to me and our marriage. I confronted him about it and instead of apologizing he got defensive and said he was going to change his phone password and I’m not allowed to touch it. That was so ignorant and low of him to me. He not only went behind my back to watch it but now he is turning it on me and punishing me for a mistake HE MADE! Advice??
