Yellow immunization card
Hey mommas! So I misplaced my 3 month olds yellow immunization card. I called the hospital asking for a new one and they said no that it’s one per family . The nurse also said that the hospital has to pay for those cards and that’s why they don’t give out more then one. Is there another way I can get one of those cards?
