Temp shift at 7 weeks pregnant

So I’m about 7/8 weeks pregnant, I’m not sure when I ovulated and I had long cycles. I had really sore and full boobs yesterday and today that disappeared and my temp shifted from 97.8 yesterday to 97.1 today. Should I be worried? My hcg yesterday looked great it was at 12,691. I’m just so worried since I’ve had multiple miscarriages and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Currently on levothyroxine and my OB upped my dosage. Not bleeding but it almost feels like AF is coming. I know these can be typical pregnancy symptoms but I’m still concerned. My ultrasound is scheduled for Tuesday
