Getting my 2 week old to sleep w/o me holding him and on a schedule

Hey there! So my son only wants to fall asleep in my arms. Rarely will he sleep without me, especially needing me to feed him before he sleeps. When in the hospital, I was told with just going with the flow. I love all the cuddle time I get with him but eventually won’t be able to continue since I have to go back to work in 4-6 weeks. From what I’ve read it seems a little confusing about trying to get them on a schedule let alone having them fall asleep w/o being in my arms, especially after eating. Some say it’s too soon some say start now for consistency. I’m trying to start a schedule (not too strict) and a wind down routine but feeling frustrated. I would love any advice that you have received and what has worked for you. How did you transition baby from falling asleep in your arms (and after eating) to on their own? Did you set a loose schedule to create consistency or did you let your baby set the tone? What kind of wind down routine did you use? Thank you!!!
