Products for post birth control breakouts?

I stopped taking bc in January and since then my breakouts are becoming increasing worse. They are all along my chin, jawline and forehead. Ive never really had an issue before and normally only rinsed my face in the shower. I have super dry skin. Ive been washing my face nightly with a neutrogenas natural face wash but it doesn’t seem to be helping. What products would you recommend for dry sensitive skin?
