12 weeks and can feel the baby

Hey moms out there this is my 8 weeks ultrasound,

but two day I'm 12 weeks in the ultrasound it only looks like one big baby yes? My ob and nurse said I could either be having a big baby or twins and can't see or find the others heart beat. My husband, and I was surprised the other day with movement across my stomach. We both felt it, and the same with my mom. She only thought it was one baby until yesterday when I turned 12 weeks. She said this happened with her when she was pregnant with twins before she lost them. We are all waiting for the 16 to be here because that's when I do my blood work. But has any other mother with twins or not felt the baby move at 12 weeks? This is how big my belly is as of now.

This is my 3rd pregnancy, it's also my rainbow baby since I lost my 1st 2. So I'm a new mom I guess some will say because this is the 1st healthy pregnancy I had.
