So a few weeks ago I posted this.

It's basically about how we had to give her $162 for July rent when we weren't even living in her trailer by then (just bought a house) and a couple days prior to that we had to pay her like $200 for nipsco. In all, over $300 for a trailer we wouldnt even be living in anymore. Whatever. Should have been the end of it. But like I said in that post, she texts me again today saying we need to give her another $222 for nipsco... when we aren't even there and just paid her like two weeks ago for nipsco and rent for a trailer we weren't living in.

I told her we dont have it, and she can sell one of the washer and dryer sets we left behind in her garage at her house that we gave to her (owns a house and trailer and the trailer also has a washer and dryer set). Otherwise, she will get it when we have it because I'm not getting behind on our bills because she's being a bitch.

It is so annoying. We shouldn't have to keep giving her whatever amount of money she wants when we're not even living there. Yeah, it's great she let us when we needed a place, but it was a literal shithole when we moved in. Hadn't been cleaned in years, had no hot water, and holes all over the floors. We bought a new water heater, cleaned it up, and we fixed most of the holes minus couple by the bathroom that happened right before we moved out because it rotted out. Plus gave her every amount of money she asked for when she asked for it, regardless of how little time she gave us (usually a day) and how many times she had us paying for the same thing in the same month.
