I have pimples on my scalp, lots of them. It's so frustrating, I shower every other day and am very hygienic but atm the back of my head/almost neck has like 10 new pimples 😭😭😭 idk what to do, I change my bedsheets often also so it can't be that

Do you keep your hair down if it's long? When you go to bed, put a t-shirt with a small neck hole over your head like you're gonna put it on. Then pull it back over like you're putting on a hair band. The end result is the the t-shirt is like a tube over your hair keeping if off your face and neck, but loose so it's not pulling. (keep this on all night). After you've done this, pour 1 tablespoon of white vinegar in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of warm water. stir to mix. use a cotton ball or soft cloth to dip in the vinegar water and dab or lightly rub over the pimples. Let air dry before bed. In the morning follow the same steps with the vinegar and warm water. Let air dry. Try to put your hair up and keep it off the area.
